By using the Pasha USA website (pashaus.com) and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We aim to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit quantities. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary slightly.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is unavailable or an error occurred. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Shipping area

Orders are accepted for delivery within Texas only.

Subscribe and Save subscriptions

Most Pasha products can be ordered as a subscription: every 2 weeks (5% off) or monthly (7% off), with the discount applied automatically. Subscriptions renew automatically on your chosen schedule, and your saved payment method is charged when each order is created, at the discounted price shown plus any applicable shipping and taxes, until you cancel. You can skip a delivery, change the schedule, pause, or cancel anytime from your customer account, with no fees and no lock-in; changes take effect from the next scheduled order. You can also cancel by contacting us at globalspicedistributors@gmail.com or 713-810-9472. If a product's price changes, future subscription orders use the new price with your subscription discount applied.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, or use content from the site without permission. All brand names, logos, and images are the property of Global Spice Distributors LLC.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms and policies from time to time. The version posted on the website applies to your order.
