Return and Refund Policy
Because our products are food items, we handle returns carefully for safety reasons.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at globalspicedistributors@gmail.com or 713-810-9472 with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.
Unopened items
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Return shipping for non-defective items is the customer's responsibility.
Opened food items
For food safety reasons, opened food items cannot be returned. If something is wrong with a product you opened, contact us and we will make it right.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
